Jill Steffens, a member of the Institute of Human Development, Quality Assurance Report Specialist team since May 2023, is a resident of Perryville, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Southeast Missouri State University. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Arts in Teaching in Early Childhood Education from Webster University. Commencing her early childhood career as a parent educator for Parents as Teachers, Jill went on to own and operate an Early Childhood Program for thirty-two years. Her expertise also extended to teaching as an Early Childhood adjunct instructor for Southeast Missouri State University and Mineral Area College. Jill enjoys activities such as camping and jeep riding during her leisure hours.
