Meaghan Oates has owned and operated a child care facility in the rural town of Glen Rose, Texas, for over eight years. Through the years her facility has developed as a company and grown to a team of over 18 staff members—some of which have been with the organization since it opened in 2016. Through her dedicated staff and amazing director, she was able to collaborate with the local ISD as an inclusion specialist. Oates and her staff share a lifelong passion of working with children.
